The coffee itself was totally fine, but picking it up took longer than I expected. What made it more annoying was that nobody seemed to really know who was responsible for the order or where I should check in, so I just stood around waiting. Not a terrible experience, just unnecessarily confusing...

I used joe.coffee this morning it did exactly what it said it would. The app showed an 8-minute wait for my drink, and when I got there, it was already waiting for me. I really appreciate when something is accurate and reliable like that, especially in the morning when I’m trying to save time. No hassle, no standing around, just worked the way I hoped it would. Definitely a 5-star experience for me.

"Still use it often"
The coffee prices are okay, honestly. Some of the fees and that can add up a bit here and there, but it’s nothing too crazy. I still end up using it often.

"Fresh coffee and worth the price"
I’ve ordered from Joe Coffee a few times now, and the coffee has been fresh every single time. The flavor is smooth, not burnt or watered down, which I really appreciate. For the price, the quality feels solid, so I’ll probably keep ordering. That said, since I’ve been a repeat customer, I wouldn’t mind a little coupon or compensation thrown my way sometime.

"Deals showed up at the worst time"
The coffee itself is fine, I actually don’t mind it, but the promo experience was frustrating. I kept getting emails about discounts, and of course when I finally went to use one, the code didn’t work at checkout. The timing was just bad too, because I was trying to place an order before I ran out of coffee, and support took way too long to get back to me. It’s not the worst experience ever, but I expected the deals to be better and a lot less annoying.

"Helpful support, just needed a small follow-up"
I had a minor issue where my order wasn’t showing the right tracking info, so I reached out to joe support. They got back to me the same day and explained what was going on, which felt reasonable. It wasn’t instant, but I don’t really expect instant replies for something like this as long as someone follows up and helps. The person I spoke with was friendly, and the issue did get sorted without much trouble. I’m giving 4 stars only because I had to ask one more time to get the updated tracking link, but overall it was a decent experience...

I’ve been using joe.coffee when I’m out and just want to see what cafes are close by. I’m usually skeptical of apps that make everything sound super polished and perfect, but this one was simple enough and actually helped me find a good spot fast. Handy when you don’t want to scroll around forever.

I liked using it overall, but I did notice the notifications came in a bit late. I kept thinking, “Wait, wasn’t I supposed to get this earlier?” It wasn’t a huge problem, but it did make me check things manually a few times just to be sure I wasn’t missing anything.

"so, decent order but one mix-up"
so I ordered from Joe Coffee and the delivery showed up on time, which I appreciated. Most of the order was totally fine and tasted good, but one of the drinks was wrong, I asked for oat milk and got regular milk instead. Not the worst experience overall, just kind of frustrating when the details aren’t followed. I’d maybe order again, but I hope they double-check things better next time.

"Checkout worked, but the payment hiccup was annoying"
Checkout was easy overall, but my payment got stuck the first time and I had to run it again. It did go through after that, so not a huge deal, but it was definitely annoying. Part of me wondered if it was one of those little glitches meant to make you double-check your order or keep you on the page longer, but maybe I’m just overthinking it.

"Pretty Solid Coffee App"
I’ve been using joe.coffee for a bit now, and it’s been Reliable. The app loads fast, payments go through without any drama, and it doesn’t randomly crash on me like some other coffee apps I’ve tried. Overall, I’m Happy with it

Overall it was easy enough to use, but the checkout process got confusing at times. I wasn’t always sure what I was supposed to do next or whether my order had actually moved forward, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be

Sometimes it’s actually good, but the flavor changes way too much from one time to the next. if a company is selling people the same product, it feels only fair that the taste should be consistent. I don’t think customers should have to guess what they’re going to get every time

The coffee itself was fine, and the staff were nice enough, so I don’t want to make it sound like it was a disaster. But the service was just too slow for how not-busy it was. I kept wondering what the holdup was. It wasn’t bad, exactly, just kind of frustrating and average overall.

"Good rewards, but quality can be hit or miss"
I mostly use joe.coffee for the rewards, the points do add up fast if you’re grabbing coffee a few times a week like I do. I’ve definitely saved a little, which is nice. That said, the experience isn’t always consistent depending on the shop, and sometimes I do wonder if the quality is really worth the regular price without the rewards. Still, for the loyalty perks, it’s been useful overall. I’d give it 4 stars

"Plenty of Options, Thankfully"
I’ll give Joe Coffee some credit — they actually have a solid variety, which is apparently not something every coffee place can manage. Some days I just want a basic latte, other times I feel like trying something a little different, and they usually have something that works. The food options are decent too, not exactly life-changing, but good enough when you need a bite. "Refund got sorted, just took a bit"
I had a problem with my order and, getting the refund wasn’t the quickest thing. I had to follow up a couple of times before it finally got sorted, which was a little frustrating. But yeah, in the end they did fix it and the money came back, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish the whole process had been smoother and didn’t need so much chasing from my side.
